long time no EXERCISE !!

in the morning,
i went back school for english.
sad to say,
out of so many students
only 6 attended (including me).
sian lo !
do compre again !!
if i had known not many going,
i would not have went ~
but too late le la,
reach there den i know.

IT'S SO BORING !!
after english,
meet lizann go gym ^^
so long never exercise le.
went to parc vista's gym room
with the help of james (ho)~
thanks james !
but it was cleaning in progress
so we went play billard ~
for about one hour !
shawn kept on sing ying tao bang's songs !!
very irritating sia.
keep on " i wanna rock~ " !!
until even before wanna go home that time
still sing that part ~
argh !
after the billard is not time yet,
cos the gym room would only be opened at 3pm.
so me, liz and shawn went to boon lay place ate our lunch~
after that still got time left !!!
walking around boon lay place lo,
trying to kill the time.
then, we den headed back to the condo.
went gym room.
i ran for 30 min WITHOUT STOPPING ~
from around speed 6 - 8.
6 -> 6.5 -> 7 -> 7.5 -> 8
but the distance ran not long.
around 3km plus only ~
sigh ~
wanna exercise again !
do miss trainings !
sigh sigh ~
